I have had the absolute WORST experience of my life with this company. If there was anything less than a 1 star rating, I would have given it to you. There should be negative stars. Dalan Oaks is the rudest, loudest, most unprofessional person I have ever dealt with in my life. Your salesmen go door to door and talk a good game, but it's a scam. Even our local ADT dealer has a problem with your business. Your salesmen take our security info, checking acct info, come into our homes, don't complete the installation work, don't complete the sign up/phone control installation, go without contacting us to let us know what is going on, and give false phone numbers for contact. This is a terrible way to do business. Stay in Utah and stop trying to scam and take advantage of Arkansans. I have reported you to our local and surrounding police departments and complained to the better business bureau in Arkansas and Utah. Your people also put holes in my walls and did other damage to my house. If I ever see them walking my neighborhood again, I will immediately call the police. Stay out of Arkansas. We had an existing system for 9 years that we were going to cancel to go with ADT. That was a huge mistake. Now Monotronics (our provider) is coming out to fix what you screwed up. I feel bad for almost leaving a good company for your scam. Well I learned a huge, huge, huge lesson. I knew better and should have went with my instinct from the beginning. I can assure you this will never happen again to me. LESSON LEARNED!!!
