I HAVE NEVER HAD SUCH A TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE WITH ANY COMPANY IN MY 50 YEARS ON EARTH. THESE PEOPLE CAME TO OUR NEIGHBORHOOD ON A SUNDAY AFTERNOON IN MARCH 19 2012 AND OFFERED A FREE SYSTEM FOR SECURITY. SAID THEY HAD TO RUN CREDIT TO SEE IF WE WERE ELIGIBLE SO WE TRIED EVERYONE'S CREDIT IN THE FAMILY AND THE ONLY ONE THAT WAS APPROVED PER MR KILLION THE SALES REP IS MY HUSBAND'S CREDIT BUT ONLY FOR A HARD WIRE WE LAUGHED IN THEIR FACES BECAUSE ONE OF MY SON'S WORKS AS TECHNICIAN FOR COMCAST AND WE CAN GET THE SYSTEM HALF PRICE. WE SENT THE ADT DEALER PACKING WITHOUT EVEN HAVING HIM SET FOOT ON OUR PROPERTY. 6 MTHS LATER I TOOK A JOB WITH ADT CORPORATE AND DISCOVERED THAT THE DEALER SAFE STREETS USA CREATED AN ACCOUNT WITHOUT OUR KNOWLEDGE, WITHOUT A CONTRACT, WITHOUT ANY SYSTEM INSTALLED, WITHOUT ANY SIGNATURE WITHOUT NOTHING YET HAVE US IN COLLECTIONS FOR $2359.10 i HAVE BEEN TRYING TO HAVE THIS RESOLVED WITH NO LUCK AND I WILL NOT STOP UNTIL THERE IS SOMETHING DONE TO REMOVE THIS FROM ADT DEALER SAFE STREETS USA'S SYSTEM. I SPOKE WITH ARLENE IN RELOCATION, LEFT HER A VOICEMAIL MSG I SPOKE WITH EBONY WHO WAS OUTRIGHT RUDE FROM ADT CORP DEALERS, I SPOKE WITH DAN, KEVIN, LEENA, MIRANDA YOU NAME IT I SPOKE TO THEM YET NOTHING I WILL BE WRITING TO THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU NEXT I WILL NOT STOP UNTIL THIS IS CLEARED PEOPLE BE AWARE OF THESE AUTHORIZED DEALERS.....THIS SAFE STREETS USA IS OUT OF NORTH CAROLINA, GARNER. I LIVE IN FT. LAUDERDALE FLORIDA HOW COULD THIS HAPPEN FRAUD, FRAUD, OH MY GOSH WHATS NEXT FOR THESE DESPARATE PEOPLE
