    Same issue as the previous reviewer....

    Safe Surroundings was the third party installer for a chain link fence purchased via Lowes in Scott Township.

    They also left with the fence 2/3 complete and blamed Lowes for not providing all the materials to complete the job. We have been calling Lowes to get this resolved for A MONTH and each day we are told that we are unable to get a hold of Safe Surroundings. Lowes has stated that messages were left with this installer and over the course of a month they never received a call back. Garbage was also left in our front yard until we complained to Lowes and someone from the store came to clean it up.

    We needed this fence by a specific date and Safe Surroundings has failed to complete the job. It is completely unacceptable for Safe Surroundings to conduct business in this way. We will also be pursuing legal action to resolve.

    Safe surroundings was the third party installer for a vinyl privacy fence purchased via Lowe’s in Gibsonia.

    They started the job and left with the fence 2/3 complete. Over a month later and they have yet to return. They have not answered our calls or calls from Lowe’s coordinators.

    On top of that the portion of fence they installed left a 12 inch gap between the house and the first post making it useless as it was intended to be a space for our dog.

    Over a month and my driveway has been blocked with materials, including concrete and the actual fencing, garbage and a portion of the bagged concrete is now useless because it has been rained on.

    This has been a horrendous experience and now requires legal action to be resolved.
