This contractor came back to fix a leaking vent for the 2nd time. He left without discussing his findings and what he did except to text one sentence about what he did while he was backing out of the driveway. I gestured him to come back because I had questions to ask him. He drove off. When I called him, he hung up on me before I could get my questions answered. I believe he did this because he has no patience working with customers who are deaf.
