We hired this firm and an installer named Robert Sadaatfar installed our alarm systems and door sensors. This guy didn't bother to train any staff on how to make badges--instead holding us hostage to him (and billable $$$). Even worse, since our installation, this guy won't return phone calls, won't return emails or anything. When he did show up, he was taking other calls and stepping out of the room repeatedly--like he was ready to go as soon as he got there. We never accomplished anything and even now, still don't have a way to program our own security cards--AND HE WON'T ANSWER HIS DAMN PHONE!!!! He promised to return later in the week but of course didn't. This guy uses Google phone numbers, so you never have a way of really contacting him, as those are throw-away numbers. We don't even trust him anymore. STAY AWAY STAY AWAY STAY AWAY!!!
