I chose to use Sage for my home repairs after a flooding incident because they were affiliated with SERVEPRO and possessed the necessary software to create an estimate that my insurance company would except. It was ultimately a huge mistake. They overcharge and use low quality materials cutting corners wherever possible. Their crews are extremely unprofessional. One crew worked until midnight in order to quickly finish my house and move on to the next job. It was not a quiet job and I have a school age child living in the house. Their quality of work is reflective of what a hurry they appeared to be in. I would never use this contractor again under any circumstances.
