They were extremely responsive during the design process and bid process seemed to be capable to perform the project. After pricing, payments and schedule were fully discussed I hired them to perform project. Demo started which was mostly done already. The same laborer was now the plumber, after 3 failed inspections on this work and owner missing in action and totally in responsive , 6 weeks into project it was time to remove them from the job. I provided an agreed deposit of $20,000 that would be used against completed units going forward. Due to lack of performance and total lack of concern, we had to remove all work they installed and replaced correctly. Evaluating was done let alone cost incurred It would be generous to credit them with approximately $5,000 earned, thereby screwing me for over 15,000. If anybody should even mention their name as contractors RUN.
