    I have had Saguaro Ridge do several projects over the years .
    I had them recoat my flat roof It has been good and is holding up .
    Also had Ken do work on my town house .The wood siding was in bad shape. He told me it would be best to stucco it. He spent time securing the wood and prepping it to stucco . It turned out very nice Then he painted the exterior., He explained some people add water so they can buy less pain .Ken uses good quality paint and DOES NOT Thin it out . The house looks good and the paint is lasting . I have neighbors that painted around the same time and there paint is fading Also had Ken install ceiling fans there was no existing wiring the turned out great . fill free to call me Jim 471 -0472
