I woke up in the middle of a torrential downpour to find a steady drip coming through my living room ceiling. I called Saint Raphael Roofing in a panic, and despite the late hour and the terrible weather, they answered the phone immediately. They sent a technician out the very next morning to apply a heavy-duty tarp and prevent further interior damage. Throughout the process, the office staff stayed in constant communication with me regarding the repair schedule. When the weather finally cleared, the crew replaced the damaged shingles and fixed the underlying flashing issue perfectly. It is rare to find a company that shows this much genuine concern for a homeowner’s peace of mind. I will never use another roofing company as long as I live in this area.
