Sako was there for me during an insane tight move-in schedule. I had just purchased a condo in Maryland and kept getting ghosted by unprofessional contractors and companies. Even Angi was about to send me three different contractors over three days which is a recipe for disaster. I took advice from a worker at my local Home Depot and they told me to get in touch with the Maryland location to find a good painter. Sako called back in literally five minutes or less from the time Home Depot took down my information. I was immediately confident my project would be finished on time after speaking with the owner. Sure enough, by the time I completed my drive from Colorado to Maryland, my new condo was beautifully repainted and smelling fresh for my move in a day later. Yes. A day later. Very aggressive schedule but this contractor made it happen. No surprises with my payment or final totals; any additional paint needed was communicated to me and they protected the property from paint drippings very thoroughly and cleaned up every last piece of equipment and trash before leaving. I could not recommend them enough and will definitely use this contractor for future projects.

I hired Tidiane Sako and his crew to build a deck for us and I am very happy with their work. Mr. Sako is very prompt in responding to questions and concerns and in taking care of issues. He gets the job done. I will definitely use them again for future conversation.

Sako Construction remodeled our basement, including 1 full bathroom. We had already done the demo and framing work, and Sako Construction did the rest. Overall, we had a good experience with Tidiane and his crew. They provided a very competitive estimate and stuck to it, though it could have been a bit more detailed in order to avoid some misinterpretation of what was included and what was not later on. None of that was major, however, and Tidiane was always responsive to questions or revisions to our plan when needed. Over the course of the project we added in some additional work as we were happy with the work being done. We are very happy with the final product and would recommend Sako Construction to others looking to improve their home while not breaking the bank. Thank you, Tidiane and crew!

Tidiane and his crew did work on my house in mid-September of 2020. I needed to have my basement windows replaced, as well as have a window sill repaired in my bath after it experienced water damage. I went with Tidiane for the windows versus a window company because these were standard windows that I was able to purchase myself and I needed him for the labor and additional materials. That being said, I had to delay the work because I couldn't find the windows due to national shortages. After Tidiane helped me track some down and I got them, he was very flexible on changing the date. Once he got here, he was very efficient and got all of the work done in less than the time he quoted me - and it was good work. It's been a month and a half and I haven't seen one thing to complain about.

One other thing to compliment Tidiane on, is when working with the shower, he appropriately warned me that when they went to replace the window they could end up finding more repairs due to the water damage. While I believe that was a very appropriate warning, I have found with other contractors that this is a way for them to make excuses for charging more work. In the case with Tidiane, he didn't find anything, proving that he is an honest and true contractor.

Professional, great work, timely. I think They really listened to me and what i wanted. I am extremely satisfied with the remodeling of my basement. I highly recommend them!
