Do not do any business with Sakos Construction. Sako dose not have any knowledge about Construction and his prices are very expensive. Sako is very rude, abusive, unethical, and has no customer service. He said he could do some handyman work sometimes when he gets small jobs, but I can’t imagine how anyone can trust hem with any work.
Sako sent one of his employees to do plumbing work next door in the kitchen sink and the guy busted my pipe under my sink. When I saw water gushing in my kitchen, I ran outside and saw the guy ready to leave. I told the guy that he brock a pipe under my kitchen sink. The guy tried to lie by saying he wasn’t doing any plumbing work when I could see clearly he is holding a sneak and some plumbing ranches in his hand. He tried to drive away, but I stopped hem. I don’t think he had a license in plumbing. Sako came to see the damage his employee did with an attitude and no sympathy for me. He acted like he knows it all” and he complained that it was Saturday and he should be resting as if it was my fault or I was the problem. He defended his employee and said that everything is okay and that his employee didn’t do anything wrong when I can clearly hear the water running inside the wall under my kitchen sink. I asked hem to put his words in writing and give me a plumber’s report that everything was okay in the wall, he panicked and he said he would charge me $600.00 dollars for the report and in the end he refused to give me one. Most plumbers would give that report for free because they have the confidence that Sako miserably fails to have. If Sako is so sure that there was nothing wrong, he shouldn’t hesitate to give a report. I ended up calling a great plumber and had the pipe replaced myself. Who wants to deal with ignorant people who have no clue about business, ethic, and humanity? Sako dose not deserve any star.
