Overall Experience:
When it comes to dealing with home improvements or in this case storm damage repair, the one thing I can't stand is high pressure sales. This company uses a “no pressure sales” method. In fact, they do the opposite, they don’t try and sell you anything, instead, they educate you on what hail damage really is and how it affects your property. The actual installation of the roof is the easy part in my opinion, if you find yourself in a storm related claim with your insurance company, I now understand that I didn’t need a roofing contractor, I needed an expert to help me navigate the insurance claim process so that I didn’t get screwed over.Communication:
The overall communication and willingness to accommodate my schedule was amazing. My project manager Scott was always on time, respectful, and polite. The entire insurance claim process was fully explained, all my questions were answered, and at no time did I ever feel like I was in the dark. Scott is a terrific person to deal with and even came to my work to deliver the contract because it was more convenient for me. He was straightforward, honest and helpful throughout the entire process.Installation & clean up:
Roof was installed early spring, was completed in just one day, and it looks terrific. Everything has held up very well so far even with the gusty winds we had over the first couple weeks after the install. We are very pleased with the look and the performance of the new roof. The clean-up was prepped well to minimize excess trash, nails, debris, etc. The lawnmower has yet to catch anything left over from roofing job. Roof replacement is a dirty messy job, especially when its windy. I rate the clean-up job and overall management of the tear off process 5 out of 5 stars!We are very pleased with the outcome of the project and would 100% recommend SAL Construction to all our friends, family, & neighbors! Job well done!

Five Stars all the way. SAL Construction is a superior insurance claim / roofing company. From the first inspection / consultation to after-installation, we had a beyond perfect experience. They explained and answered ALL my questions and went above and beyond to make sure we were pleased. Customer service, workmanship, and the CetainTeed roofing products were excellent. The crew was clean, efficient, experienced, and quick. We had a phenomenal experience, and would recommend SAL to anyone.
