Sal is great. He has always tried to save me money by extending the life of my air conditioning unit. He is prompt and quick and gets the job done. He always works around my work schedule. He's the best.

I paid him to install a new Split A/C system in my house 2 years ago. Installation seemed ok...until 2 years later when the system coils froze up. He came out (charged 250 because it was 6 pm) filled the system with Freon( although not sure how because coils were still frozen) and he stated don't worry it won't happen again. 30 days later, same thing happened. I called and left several message, but he didn't answer until the following morning. He got very upset and stated he was busy with another customer and that my warranty with him is over! So he will not stand by his two year old Rheem that I continue to have problems with. I do not recommend him OR any Rheem products. I have since had to use another A/C guy who is assisting me with finding the leak. By the way, they used that new stuff they blow into the system to "supposedly seal the leak" , that did not work either....system keeps freezing up every 30 days. Sadly we live in Florida and in August you MUST have the A/C running....so we continue to try to get this problem resolved.
