Aside from the shoddy workmanship and adversarial customer interactions, their semi-skilled laborers boast they are allegedly CFI 'accredited'. Consequently, I regret the day they ever came to my home to install my tile flooring which is now slowly cracking along the grout lines and will someday need to be torn out and replaced. And if their ‘proficiency’ at installing my tile flooring was any hint of their gross incompetence, I would further refrain from recommending this company for any flooring installation. Thus a BuildZoom score of 90 for this company is most generous. And I would say they hardly deserve it!
