    DO NOT HIRE.
    Abdul Aleem M Saleem is a thief and a terrible contractor. He attempts to do jobs that he is unqualified for and doesn’t even know how to properly pull permits.

    Abdul started a job with a timeline of 21 days. Full rewire of a house was needed. after 4 months on the job he was never able to get an inspection because he didn’t pull the permit himself. he kept delaying and making excuses as to why the proje ct wasn’t done. He then promised he would finish within a week and said he was working at the house daily which was a blatant lie because no one had gone to the property. If you’re looking give a way your money to an incompetent contractor hire Abdul. He’ll do a great job of making your money disappear. Abdul should stick to mounting TV’s and changing lightbulb since that’s what he gets positive reviews on.

    Saleem and Son’s was a life saver. I had dealt with multiple contractors who yanked me around. Either never showed up for work or the work looks shabby. Saleem and Sons came in gave me excellent quote then knocked out my 50000 remodel expertly and promptly. My Wife and I was ecstatic about our return. I would like to thank them and look forward to using them again for further projects!!

    Very professional, Abdul can to my house and looked at what needed to be ge done and within 24-48 hours gave me a Quote. Once he got started he made sure that he was always on time, kept a clean work area and was very respectful. I will do business with him again in the near future. 10/10 recommend

    Kitchen Remodel project

    Contractor has been accused of Conspiracy, Deception, Fraud and Stealing - see brief report below.

    Contractor obtained the total sum of $21,600 under the pretext of carrying out rehab/repair work on my recently acquired multi-family investment property.

    Contractor had claimed that he could complete the rehab work after initial inspection of property in April 2018 for a total sum of $18,000=. Later, contractor requested a contract variation in which he promised to complete repairs of 2 top floor apartments and 2 bottom floor apartments by 4th June 2018 and 15th of June 2018 respectively.

    After multiple requests and reminders (by telephone and e-mails), contractor was unable to provide completion pictures/videos as at the agreed milestone - 4th June 2018 and eventually responded that he had to suspend the repair work because of the mandatory requirements of Cleveland City Building and Housing department (in an e-mail of 5th June 2018). However, contractor had reiterated his pledge to meet the delivery milestone for the top floor apartments in his communication of 2nd June 2018 while the city building department inspection was on 4th June 2018. Contractor did not apply for plumbing and electrical repair permits throughout the rehab work and yet promised completion at the above agreed dates (4th June 2018 and 15th of June 2018).

    After my sudden visit from overseas, contractor issued an exaggerated cost breakdown of items (total of $30,000=) with more than 80% of the contracted work uncompleted on the 26th June 2018. This cost report was deliberately prepared as an after thought so that it could be acted upon as a genuine document.

    It is believed that contractor walked out of the rehab job without securing the property before the 4th of June 2018 and he has failed to communicate with me since 30th of June 2018.

    Mr Osode does not understand how much work or money is needed to remodel 4 apartments. And due to his lack of understanding and knowledge of the remodeling process, has made assumptions about how much work was going to be completed. My company offered Mr Osode different options to complete the project, but each option cost more that the original estimate. And as a result we were unable to agree on a way to move forward. Mr. Osode has many assumptions listed in his review, but has no contract or proof to support his unfounded claims. My company stopped receiving communications from Mr. Osode after a onsite inspection of the property and the amount of work needed to complete this project. Mr. Osode brought the property sight unseen. I believe this contributed to his lack of understanding in how much work was needed. He and his team were highly professional and replaced our existing fence with a beautiful new one. We had no complaints and would highly recommend them and would definitely higher them for future projects!
