We had been without hot water through the Thanksgiving Holiday, with all our family members visiting. Lalo and Efren are miracle workers. We had a tankless water heater that no longer provided hot water. After speaking with Lalo and Efren we found the tankless water heater was installed incorrectly without the proper fittings, return and bleeder vent valves, etc. They corrected the broken pipes, and installed a regular hot water heater at a fraction of the cost, and we had hot water within a day. It was so relaxing to finally take a hot shower that night without having to heat water from the stove. Thank you Lalo and Efren

They insisted it was a roof leak, and sent photos. I filed a homeowner claim, but called Salinas Valley Plumbing to see if they could find the leak I thought was likely a plumbing leak. They were out there in 30 mins., and had the leak identified and fixed in 2 hours! What commitment to customer service/satisfaction, and professional, skilled plumbers they have at Salinas Valley Plumbing!
