On top of being several hours late for their appointment with no call, their only apology was towards my misunderstanding of when my appointment was; even though I had it written down next to the contact information. Then, they charged $100 more than their quote because, and I quote, "We had to drill a little farther than we thought". $100 more for drilling further? Even though you used the same supplies as specified in the original quote? Then to top it off, they didn't clean up their mess completely, and offered no discount at all for being several hours late. Horrible contractor, do not use!
