Salt City Epoxy Flooring Contractor

Owned and operated by 2 dudes. We've done
every job together for years, and have great
attention to detail. We customize the floor to
your liking, show up on time, and we are great
communicators. No one cares about the job
as much as the owners so we do all the work
ourselves!

From BuildZoom: Their BuildZoom score of 85 does not rank in the top 50% of Utah contractors.

    epoxy floor
    $8,200

We hired Salt City Epoxy to do a pretty big job. Everything was going great until the end when we thought the floor still needed the top clear coat and they said it was done. Well the floor is still rough as the day they put on the colored flakes. We contacted the owner and asked him when he would be coming back to put the final coat on and he was like it's done. No way it's done, the flakes cut into your feet when walking on it. He even said so himself that the floor would cut your feet and advised against letting kids walk on it. Well he offered to finish the work for additional money. Wait, What?! Additional money to finish a job that we had already agreed on price and the project isn't done. How does that make sense?! We paid him 50% deposit and now wants more money since he said they were losing on our job and can't lose anymore. The top coat is not even present. You can see the roller marks where the lightly top coat is. We have had other epoxy flooring companies come out and see the work and state that the work is incomplete. We have our garage floor done so we knew what to expect but this isn't completed. We can't even sweep the floor it's so rough.
