In the beginning it started out good, Chris came in and assessed my basement to make sure he could do the lift of the first floor. We arranged a date and he said it would take about a week. 4 months later I am stuck with a half done basement and excuses about how busy he is down south. Now 3 months later he claims that there is more work to be done and that I might need to pay more for the job. Something he never mentioned, giving me attitude about how he is telling me now. I dont appreciate this treatment, if the company was too busy to finish the job at my house they should not have taken it. Emails and texts have become unresponsive.
