Contractor was hired by the prior home owner to put a new roof on our house as part of our purchase, to repair existing leaks and damage prior to our purchase. Roof has continued to leak, developed more leaks and contractor has failed to respond to our calls and text. All other repairs made as a sale requirement appear to be okay, so far. The only reason this is a 3 rating and not a 2.
