always coming at me for more money. I paid for more than 1/2 the job He did not get a building permit and stuck me with the fine, and never returned to finish the job. I gave him plenty of time (2-1/2 weeks) to straighten it out with the city, building permit, city work permit, and proper insurance for his employees (2) I got plenty of excuses why he didn't show up...assume all lies Hey Sam.... your FIRED, you owe me 5000.00 dollars and i have your tools in a storage facility in your name....
