Had a tile shower installed by Sam Hahn. Two leaks developed within 3 years. Waterproof pad was screwed in below the concrete drain pan, they put a screw into a pvc pipe and did not care to fix the mistake. The corners were done incorrectly on the waterproof membrane. During the installation he was not punctual at all, would show up hours late only to leave moments later to get materials and be gone for several more hours. When contacted about the issues I still haven’t heard back from him. Do yourself a favor and find a different contractor.
