Up front Sam was very nice...
He did the job and we had some issues for a punch list. He came and CAULKED all the items that we need fixed. It was not fixed correctly... materials were cut short, and filled in with caulk. When I called to ask about the repair, all he did was complain and that he rushed through the job and he should have charged more. I only called twice.... and he will not return or fix what is wrong. Buyers beware.
