    I paid Esteban Salazar of Samie Carpentry in Springfield NJ to do the coping, tile and paint my pool (4,000.00). He showed up to my house for the deposit and that's the last time I spoke to him. The deal was to finish the pool in one weeks time frame as I have a mortgage escrow that I need to get back once the repairs are done. It's been now 3.5 weeks and the job is not done. What has been done is a sloppy job. And I missed my timeframe for the escrow. Esteban will not answer my phone call or my voice mails. I have no way of communicating with him. He made me believe we was going to do excellent and beautiful job turned out to be a nightmare. He was quick to provide the estimate and convince me to hire him and pick up the deposit but after that I never heard from him. This is so unprofessional and now I have to look for someone else to do the job all over again. I would not recommend this guys to anyone.

    My wife paid him almost 10,000 to paint a room put up a hand rail and do a laundry room in our basement. He did a botched job, the door is off track the laundry floor wasn't complete and he almost caused of and electrical fire. We kept trying to reach him after he said that he would rectify the situation he never came by and stopped answering our calls. Which I seen as a sign of unprofessional i dont recommend using this company for and job he almost burned my house down I had to contact a certified electrician to fix what he installed. He also compromised the structure of my house by cutting the beams which supports the house to build the laundry room in our basement. When asked to repair them, which he said he would he never showed up.

    Porch screens build and installation, Bilco door installation, build and install new screen door.

    We paid Esteban Salazar of Samie Carpentry in Springfield NJ to build and install new porch screens, to install a Bilco basement door, and to do other work. He installed the Bilco door too close to the house so that it doesn't open completely and so that it destroyed the existing trim. He completely botched the porch screen installation. After agreeing to come fix the screen installation that weekend, he never showed up. He disappeared. He stopped answering calls and texts.
    He didn't do the other work that we paid him to do and we now have to pay someone else to remove and redo the Bilco door and the screens.
    Beware of this dishonest person!
