Very straightforward estimate, good recommendations for project specs and Sam's owner didn't try to sell us equipment that we didn't need or want. In 2019 we had two conventional gas furnaces installed as well as a Mitsubishi heat pump and blowers installed to create two zones on one floor. When other installers said it couldn't be done Sam's did it with the exact model we wanted and installed exactly where we wanted it, AND at a fair price. All systems are still running great to this day and I would definitely hire Sam's again for my next HVAC project.
