Samson built our house and we bought the house directly from the builder. We have lived in the house now 8 years. The house has held up nicely. No significant issues at all with either the structure, utilities or finish work. Sam David, the owner, was very nice to work with. The one minor problem we had just before the one year warranty expired, he came back and fixed immediately for us. If we were in the market for a new house, we would use him as a builder.
