Needed my sump pump replaced, so called my home warranty company, who gave me Samuel B Mummert Plumbing as the company who will be taking care of my claim. The warranty company told me they will be contacting me to set up an appointment, but over a week went by with no call (I wasn't in a hurry b/c super busy at work). I called them, left a message and still no call. I called and left another message 2 days later -STILL NO CALL! I had to call the warrant company back and asked for a contractor who actually wants my business.
I know the warrant companies may be difficulylt to deal with, but at least call people back abd let them know what's going on. Don't know how you stay in business with practices like this!
Update: Still no call back...
