Called through home warranty for the water heater with bad ignitor switch. Terrible experience. The plumber did a visual inspection, did not even know basics of how to fix the ignitor that was bad. Said he could not fix it, but still wanted to get paid. Called the company and was told by the manager that not only would I owe my service fee for the Home Warranty, I would have to pay any cost differences. Then they lied to the home warranty company saying they did a bunch of work. Crooks. Avoid at all costs.
