    Sam has just built a two car garage for me and it turned out excellent. He is very easy to work with and the nice thing about him he is a contractor that is there from start to finish meaning he does every step, and does not sub contract anything out. I am very pleased with his work and would recommend him to any body.

    The man, the myth, the masterbuilder!

    Smail construction in Latrobe PA is epic. Sam Smail, the owner/president/CEO/czar or the company is a bona fide American hero. Sam and his crew provide a grandiose experience of all that is good and holy in this world. He built my house, and it could potentially be the 8th wonder of the world. The work is second to none and this man is an A-list celebrity in my mind. At this point Sam should change spelling of his name to Samn... Because this man earned the silent N.

    Sam Smail is unequivocally the most efficient builder that I have dealt with in all of my years of dealing with rental properties. His combination of superior work combined with an openness to appease the home owner is second to none. If Sam says he will be there at 5:00 PM, then 5:00 PM it is. He will never shortcut any aspect of any job. I give Sam Smail my highest level of accommodation!
