Would never buy another Samuel Taylor home. Poorly built with cheap products used in construction. Am in process of selling this home.

I contacted the company within the first year my home was built over a large crack in the drive way. They refused to replace or repair the area. The home cost $300k and the drive way is a real eye sore that no doubt will get worse and affect the sale of the home one day. Today (now 2yrs old home) there is a 2nd large crack in the driveway and when I contacted the company principal/builder (Hunter Collins)- I told him a concrete company I had look at it said they builder should fix it and it will only get worse (The home is in Panama City Beach - Whisper Dunes - any drive in the neighborhood will find this one -- this is quoted from Hunter's reply: To address the driveway, I looked at your driveway yesterday. I am sorry to see the crack you are referring to but it is not a structure element of the home and therefore is not part of the structural warranty. I can only address the state of the driveway today, your drive has a crack that varies in width from one side to the other but never exceeds ¼” in width and there is no noticeable vertical displacement. Please reference the photos I have attached. The crack in the driveway is not outside of measurable specifications, I am sorry but this is not a warrantable item.
