DO NOT GO DOWN THIS RABBIT HOLE!! These people came out to fix my spa heater a half dozen times while it was covered under my home warranty, and each time it was not working again within a couple weeks. Unfortunately, home warranty companies leave you with the lowest hanging fruit in regards to vendors they assign to resolve your issue, and this company is even a poor example of that. After coming out six times with still no actual fix, I called them a seventh time, now out of warranty, and they will not help with any costs, despite their failure to fix it the first six times while I was covered. The co-owner, Ryan, also was extraordinarily rude and brazen about their lack of accountability, even after his partner agreed that they should bear responsibility and come out at their expense. Ryan called me the next day to tell me to pretend like no one told me that and to basically piss off. I don't deserve this, and neither do you!
