    Install new boiler
    $8,500

San Morcol was referred to me by a friend who just recently had a new boiler installed by the company. I too was in need of a new boiler. Curtis came out, quoted me a price, explained to me everything that would be done. I gave him the approval and he came the next day and completed the entire installation. Not only does my mechanical room look beautiful but everything is working wonderful. I would highly recommend using Curtis with San Morcol.

San Morcol was a referral to me was a realtor I know. Curtis came to my property to work on my boiler (which was very old) and told me my best bet would be to replace the entire system. I was shocked!!! I can't afford $10,000 to replace my boiler. He gave me a very reasonable price and did a spectacular job. Him and his employees were very respectful, knowledgeable, clean and professional. I will highly recommend him to anybody who needs his services.

I have absolutely nothing but amazing things to say about San Morcol Mechanical Contractors. Curtis Valdez is the most honest and hard working man that I have met in a long time. My heat went out and not only did he come on a Sunday to try to get it back on, he also brought plenty of electric heaters to keep me and my family warm. he gave me a quote to replace my furnace and that Monday was there installing it. By Monday afternoon we had our heat back on in our house. I am very satisfied with the work that was done and will definitely be using him for any of my future plumbing needs! Thank you Curtis!!!!!

Belligerent and disrespectful are the two words that come to mind when my husband and I think of Curtis Valdez, of San Morcol Mechanical Contractors, Inc. This past Spring we hired San Morcol to run natural gas from the main county road to our house. It was a big job and we were completely satisfied with the work. We accepted Curtis Valdez's bid for the job knowing it was higher than other bids we had gotten from other plumbing contractors. (Curtis Valdez came highly recommended by friends of ours who live in our area. Also, my husband and I are softies when it comes to hiring people from our community when we can.) We paid San Morcol Mechanical Contractors approximately $7000.00+ for the job. Then two weeks ago we hired San Morcol Mechanical Contractors, Inc., to redo the plumbing in our utility room because we are remodeling the room. Curtis Valdez said he could even put up the drywall and paint the room. Our response was, "great!" (I suppose because of the satisfactory work San Morcol had done in the spring, we did not ask for a written bid nor did Curtis Jerome Valdez offer to give us one.) Last week my husband received a phone call from a gentleman who has done quite a bit of work for us informing him that he needed work. Because the man is a single parent and because we are always willing to help those in need, we decided to have San Morcol Mechanical Contractors, Inc., finish up the plumbing work minus the dry walling and painting of the utility room. This decision of ours caused Curtis Jerome Valdez to call off the San Morcol worker doing the work in our utility room and, we are pretty certain this was the reason the worker, who had been wonderful to have working in our home, left at the end of week without saying a word nor getting rid of the trash leftover from the job. Curtis Jerome Valdez came to our home on Sunday, September 18, 2016, to get paid, approximately $3100.00, for the work done. He was cold and noticeably angry. Yesterday, September 22, 2016, we discovered that the work done by San Morcol Mechanical Contractors, Inc., was incorrect and not to our satisfaction. We immediately called Curtis Valdez to discuss the issue and encountered a very extremely confrontational Curtis Valdez. He would not let us speak but he did confess that he was very angry with us because we had told him to do the drywalling and painting of the utility room but then "took it away" from him. Really? There was nothing in writing between us and San Morcol Mechanical Contractors, Inc., to do the drywalling nor painting. We reminded Curtis Valdez of our history of paying immediately for the work done by San Morcol Mechanical Contractors, Inc., and the fact that we are excellent customers. He said he didn't care. He was so high-strung and so angry that we could not get a word in. Finally we managed to inform Curtis Valdez that we would post anywhere and everywhere we could, our negative opinion of San Morcol Mechanial Contractors, Inc.. Once again, his response was "I don't care." Go for it." Well folks, here it is. Stay away from San Morcol Mechanical Contractors, Inc.!
