We used this company to install a new air conditioner/heat pump. From the initial estimate to the end of the job there were nothing but errors and mistakes. The estimate had our name wrong, did not list all items to be completed did not properly list the agreed to labor warranty time or the two years of unit service. Therefore we did not sign the estimate and spoke with the company and clarified the terms and agreed to move forward with the job, even know they did not put the terms in writing. On the day of install they were almost 2 hours late, they did a poor job and damaged our drywall. It took them almost one month to send someone to repair the damage and they were again over two hours late and did not bring a ladder or the proper tools to do the job I even had to pay for and supply caulk and paint. After that I received an invoice that again did not list the proper terms. I contacted the company and they now refuse to honor the agreement I tried to work something out with them which we suggested they reduce the invoice by $200 to cover the service they promised and now refuse to honor and they just ignored my emails so I advised them we would have to file a complaint with the ROC still no response so when Monday comes the complaint will be filed unless we hear from them and work it out which I doubt based upon our dealings so far. If they do contact we and make it right this review will be updated. As of now I would not recommend them at all and would warn way anyone from using them, go with a company who has a good history and has been around longer then a few years, but my advise would be anyone but them.
