Sanchez built our home in 2017 and, while the design was very nice, workmanship was very poor, ie: inside stains used for outside wood. Paint Holliday’s on exterior. Poorly hung gutters. Inside moldings incomplete behind doors. Water heater was not connected properly to electric. Light switches going nowhere. Cheap plumbing fixtures. Buys seconds for fixtures and appliances.
Sanchez carries his own warrantee and is difficult to get hold of, responds slowly and hires poor labor that do not speak English to correct his work. Their work is questionable at best.
