Good fundamental skills and workmanship; OK for a job that is standard design and materials. A definite recommendation for this type of job. In my case He was agreeable to bidding on specialized design and materials but on the job made independent decisions and took actions not aligned with job specifications but, rather, the usual. The finished job is not entirely what it was supposed to be because some of his actions weren't readily reversed. He used other materials and configurations with sometimes cheaper or less of or ineffectual materials. He did redo a couple of these, responding professionally. Workmanship on some of the special aspects of design was less than par. He did ask for, and got, payment before he was finished and did not finish all agreed aspects of the job such as trimming exposed fastener sharps, securing loose vents and magnetically sweeping the yard for metal trimmings, screws and nails. I did not receive materials warranties or in-process photos that he said he'd provide. On the upside, I do have a good looking roof that keeps me dry.
