I would like to clarify a recent concern of mine involving Sandridge Electric. Initially, I contacted them to remove a load controller from my residence. The technician completed the task without issue and departed. However, shortly after, I noticed an increase in the temperature inside my home. Upon inspection, I discovered that the external unit of my air conditioning system, which is relatively new and had been functioning flawlessly, was no longer operational.
Promptly, I reached out to Sandridge Electric again. The technician returned several hours later but was unable to diagnose the problem. He speculated that the issue might be related to the thermostat settings, among other suggestions. It's important to note that these problems began only after their initial service. Despite this, Sandridge Electric admitted they were unable to rectify the situation and, astonishingly, charged me an additional $60 for this follow-up visit without resolving the issue.
Faced with no solution from Sandridge, I enlisted the services of another electrician, who promptly identified and fixed the issue by simply restoring power to the AC unit. I even facilitated a conversation between Sandridge and the new electrician during which Sandridge was uncooperative and dismissive. Regrettably, they neither offered a refund nor an apology for the inconvenience caused.
