    I hired Dennis to upgrade my electrical panel, very nice guy, but very flakey, and took forever to get the work done. He did NOT finish the job! I am going to have to hire someone else to finish the !@#$%^ job! Unprofessional and unreliable. Do NOT Hire him!!!

    FYI - This contractor is using a false address. This address is not accurate. THe actual address is 836 Baywood Drive, Newport Beach, CA 92660 and Lynn Watters, the only positive review is his live-in girlfriend. BEWARE!

    Watch out!!!! Intimidated me out of the money (actually quite scary) for the job, opened the electrical, then walked off! I had to hire someone else to complete the work. I've worked with many contractors, none as bad as this guy. No license - no return calls - all scam and fast talking. I wish i would have looked past his web site, which lied about his license (revoked!) and wished i had found his criminal record first. I could tell something was wrong with this guy, but didn't know how big a hole i was stepping in. I like to believe people can change, but not this one. Please, for your sake, beware!

    I hired this guy to do electrical work in my home, he ruined the ceiling patch job among other things and walked off the job. I had to hire someone else to come in an fix what he did. I failed to research who I was hiring before hiring him, unfortunately I got someone very inexperienced. He claims to have 20 years electrical experinece but in my research I found that he actually has only worked in california since 2008 as an electrician and not for himself until 2010. He also cannot have 20 years electrial experience since if you google his name Dennis K. Sandbank Criminal Record it shows his long criminal history and he was in prison most of the 20 years he claims to have worked as an electrican! Do your research before you hire a contractor!

    As an Artist I have to rely upon good service people such as Dennis to do the electrical repairs I know nothing about! I appreciated his integrity and honesty in letting me know I did not need as much repair work done as the previous electrician stated. He was able to come in and troubleshoot an open neutral at one of the general electrical devices and saved me money.
