I should have listened to my architect when I asked about Sandcastle, but I called them anyway. Their office manager wouldn't let me even speak to anyone until I stated how big my project was. Even after I explained I wanted to build, all I got was a hostile conversation. When I called back a few days later to see where my request to speak with someone else was at, she told me I was not serious and that she was part owner. I went back to my architect and spoke about this and he told me that she is why most sub contractors don't want anything to do with Sandcastle. They don't want to deal with her, her lying and her manipulative attitude. So with that, I will warn anyone looking to Sandcastle, to look elsewhere! You will be glad you did. Oh, and my 5 br, 7 bath ocean front home will be done in the end of 2022.
