I used this contractor to build a simple cover over my patio and provide a windstorm certificate for the addition. After several months of waiting for the certificate, he stated that he was having issues with the 3rd party providing it. We agreed that he would refund the $400 I paid up front. It has been several more months of waiting and he no longer will answer or return any messages - it is pretty obvious that he does not intend to refund the money.
