I had a porch built onto my home and the work was completed by Gus Mendez and his guys. This comment is to report what an excellent job Sandia Vista Construction did with this project. To begin with, everyone was very respectful and patient with me. I was extremely nervous to get construction work done because of all of the scary stories out there. After meeting with three companies and receiving three bids I decided that Mr. Mendez would best meet our needs. He was reasonable and was able to explain everything in terms that I could understand. He was totally flexible with my time schedule and accommodating to all of my requests. The work was done in a timely manner and the site was always kept neat. Upon completion of the work I now have an awesome new front porch, of which, I am very proud. It is strong (thank goodness because of our lovely high winds on the west mesa!), has nice curb appeal and shows a strong attention to detail. I am a very satisfied customer and look forward to having more projects completed by Sandia Vista Construction!
