We had a great experience with Sandman Painting. The 3 painters worked long hours with very few breaks. They were courteous, friendly, and did an outstanding job with painting the exterior of our house. We didn't have to ask them to do any touch ups - very happy to recommend them.

After pressure washing the entire 2 story house, they failed to cleanup any of the debris they sprayed into all windows and tracks. The Screens were also coated with debris and were left dirty. Additionally, there was multiple glue residue left from tape on the windows that would not scrub off. When asked if he would come back to cleanup, he said no and promised to take some off of the bill to the landlord and have us credited. He never followed through and did not return my phone call. I would not recommend him at all, unprofessional and untrustworthy.

Best painting contractor ever- they went above and beyond to find complimentary colors. They painted extras like the mail box, to make everything look fresh and new. I would highly recommend sandman painting and WILL use them again

I had them paint my house.. after i found out they painted latex over oil base i called them back to fix it. the paint literally pealed off with just rubbing it with my finger. jim sands came back to fix it but he only touched up the parts that pealed.. i then left them to work and placed a game camera in my living room after i told them not to enter the rest of the house.. after i got home i went over my camera and found that he had come into the living room them went into me and my wifes room .. i confronted him and he actually yelled at me .telling me that he didnt steal anything .. i asked him to come over to explained why he litterally ran out of my room after his mexican worker noticed the camera.. if anyone wants to see the footage i will be posting it soon on utube and contacting the better business bureau. dont use sandman!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! please.. hes shady .. I ended up repainting after i pealed off all his paint by hand..

They guaranteed that the exterior paint job would last for ten years. Damage began to appear after ten months. No touch-up paint was given to the owners of the house and another painter had to be hired to paint around the entire exterior foundation of the house in July 2021 at the owner's expense.
They have failed correct the problem which gets worse with every day that passes as the paint is now cracking and falling off.
Find someone else to paint your house as you will end up in the same situation after not long, that should be their "guarantee".
DO NOT hire Sandman Painting. They charged a lot of money for a job that needs to be redone NOW!
