Wonderful crew and excellent craftsmanship. They stand by their work and came back to make some great repairs for us when a truck backed into our new gate. Wrought iron isn't cheap, but we expect it to last a lifetime with their quality installation.

Don't trust these guys. Good work, but very bad people.
I manage a number of properties in Chicago for Investors and Condo Associations. I recently recommended Sandoval for gate work at a large association after a positive prior experience with their work. They sent a multi-part estimate for maintenance, repair and replacement of some gate hinges. A portion of the estimate was approved by the board and the limited scope clearly communicated to Sandoval in writing. Sandoval decided to complete the entire scope of work anyway and charge the work back to my company (roughly double the cost). When I confronted Rodrigo Rodriguez, one of the owners, he first promised a credit on future work and then told me tough luck.
I am not saying their work is bad; its good. I am saying that Sandoval Fencing takes advantage of its customers by doing unauthorized work, charging for it and refusing to take responsibility for their mistake. I am out a ton of money to a company who I have referred to multiple clients.
If you are looking for customer support, loyalty and trust, DO NOT GO WITH SANDOVAL FENCING!!
