    Residential older home repairs

    Carl was easy to work with throughout the project. He was clear with his original estimate and completed the work exactly as described. He was prompt, had strong carpentry, roofing, fence building skills and even climbed under the house to reconnect a faulty dryer vent. Carl's prices were fair, his attitude pleasant and professional, and he was efficient in all the tasks I threw at him.

    I highly recommend Carl Sandstrom and will hire hi again as the need arises...as it certainly will due to living in an old house!
