    Whole house remodel
    $150,000

    Selected Sandy Beach Construction without a competitive bid because Scott Nordman arrived for the initial meeting PREPARED. He is a total professional. And more importantly, he communicates; i.e. emails, texts, calls, and returns calls in a timely fashion. Once your waist deep in a six figure remodel you need to be partnered with a responsive contractor - I know all too well the downside of working with an unresponsive general contractor. SBC also handles all the structural, mechanical, and electrical plans with a local licensed architect.
