    we bought our house in the spring of 2016. The house was well built, and the few minor problems were taken care of promptly.
    but, buyer beware. The man that installed our air HVAC did not register the warranty which would of made our unit good for 10yrs on parts. Our evaporator coil just went bad, and we are out an additional $1250 because of this. Makes sure all your warranties are up to date.

    Frank Soles is a great builder. He followed through on every detail every step of the way as if our home were his own. We really appreciate everything he did to go above and beyond. Even during a shipping crisis during Covid, Frank did everything he could do to complete our home build as soon as he possibly could. We have no regrets and would recommend Frank Soles, Sandy Bottom Homes to be your builder!

    He is the best builder and one of the hardest working man i have ever seen. He truly cares about his business and does whatever he can to make everything work out and make customers happy. He goes out of his way for anything.
