My project was done two years ago from Sanford builders. I had problems with the siding in the very beginning because he was paid in full. He tried to steer it towards the supplier like there was a problem with a vinyl now two years later it’s buckling in a lot of places, because it was not installed properly and Samford builders the owner Mike is trying to tell me it’s out of warranty, but he never took care of it in the very beginning Contractors made a complete mess of everything buyers. Beware this contractor is not a top level contractor and does not care about the homeowners once he is collected all proceeds in the fresh concrete wasn’t even addressed. I had to bring it up so just be careful with this company !!! On top of all that ridiculously expensive shop around, don’t use Sanford builders
