Hired by shoreline prop management to solve a sump
Pump issue for beach hill renaissance h o a . Went to location and found sump pump needed to be replaced and two garages had water intrusion. They.did not come back for next day service appointment . Would not return calls Friday, Saturday or Sunday . Rained each day storm Monday flooded all three garages and after being called by the management company finally showed up. We now have major water damage and the cost of water mitigation will go into the thousands of dollars .
