We got a call back and set up an appointment a few days after our first contact. He cancelled the appointment and set up a new appointment two days later which he did not show up for. We have called a number of times with no response. I cannot give a review of the plumbing as we did not get that far, but I can say that the communication and customer service is poor and I would not recommend based on this alone.
