We only gave a 1 because we had to choose at least 1 star. We asked them to replace our entire lawn. They killed the lawn (mostly) then "seeded" we watered regularly from March through October....we also asked them to do the 5 part fertilizer program...they didn't do halts til late April and the weeds had already started....and just continued to grow during the summer. We inquired about the status of the lawn in June. were told "its a process". We waited. In late October we had a partial lawn of 90% weed and bare spots in the front and back of our home. Looks horrible. We had to get seed and fertilizer and thatch the entire front and back lawns and we are starting over. Our lawn looks worse that when we started. They of course have been fired. When we called we were told the owner would be notified and he would probably call us....naturally he did not. Guess we don't matter, just our money does. We are disappointed we referred them to several other people. I should probably also mention when they did our hardscape work they broke my sprinkler in at least 4 places and cut my cable lines, no one said a word to us, just buried the damage and we had to wait 3 days for cable repair, when we told the owner, he said we do it all the time...OK then tell people-- What the? such a garbage attitude...sorry we ever hired him or referred him.
