    RESTORED OUR FAITH IN CONTRACTORS!
    After a nightmare experience with a previous contractor, Steve and his guys restored our trust! Steve walked us through everything and never left us in the dark if there was an issue.     Put on the third-floor roof deck And remodeled the whole house

    My experience with Santosusso construction was fantastic I had a two story family dwelling home they knocked the back of the house down poured the foundation put on the third floor and a roof deck I couldn’t be more happy with the work all my neighbors are jealous now thanks team Santosusso team

    Basement rehab

    This our 1st time experiencing a total basement rehab and wasn’t sure what to expect and found Santosusso by word of mouth. Of course like anything new, not sure what to expect but can honestly say, was very satisfied with the level of professionalism and quality of work. Sure, as any rehab projects, there are the unknowns but at no time did I feel like my questions weren’t answered and explained in detail. In the end despite any construction hurdles, we are very happy with the outcome and beautiful extra space created by the work of the of the Santosusso team! Good work gang!

    Five Star Plus! I was a Realtor for over 30 years and rarely hugged a contractor but Steve Santoso and his crew are contractors extraordinaire! Not only did they do great work but they were also compassionate to our needs and respectful of our property cleaning dust and debris at the end of each day. We love our new bath and Santosusso Construction as well. They are GREAT!

    Stucco

    I hired Santosusso after seeing his ad in the South Philly Review. After giving him the initial deposit it turned into a nightmare. Our contract clearly specified payments were to be made half up front half upon completion. He was demanding money halfway through the job which he ended up getting. The job was to apply stucco to the bricks in the rear of my house. He left the coloring embedded in cement around my yard , he left lumps of stucco in corners of my yard. He didn't replace the bract for the rain spout so it swayed on windy days , he left telephone wires , which were neatly clamped around the window , to hang in front of the window. He left colored cement in the alley way onto a person's property. Two days ,2/24/2020 , after the job was completed I politly texted him with pictures showing him stucco was cracked & coming off the wall. I wanted to get away from this person so I asked him to just repair the cracked stucco. Today is 8/24/2020 and the stucco is laying on the ground in my yard cause he just ignores me. I do have pictures & video of the issues I wrote of above along with numerous text messages attempting to have him repair the wall.

    I have had home remodeling done by this company in 2008 and I have to check to see if it was under this same license number, I had kitchen and bath completely remodeled, and finished basement, lets just say I will never use this company again nor would I recommend him to an enemy! 2009 he had to come back and adjust some plumbing issues, 2012 I had to go through my insurance for repairs that needed fixing(wrong doing on their part) and 2013 I contact him about an issue he doesn't remeber doing my work because it was done back in 2008!(probably under a different license number!) The work looked good at first, but the under lying worked that missed or done improperly will come back to bite you hard!!!
